These Terms govern your access to and use of Skynyx Biz. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Skynyx Technologies Private Limited ("Skynyx", "we", "us", "our"), the provider of the Skynyx Biz platform ("the Service" — our mobile apps, web app, desktop app and Tally connector). Please read them carefully.
Skynyx Biz connects your local TallyPrime installation to secure cloud services, letting you access reports, create vouchers, run an AI accountant and advisor, send reminders, collect payments and more, across mobile, web and desktop. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and OTP, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain all ownership of your business and financial data. Your primary Tally company files remain on your own computer; only permissioned, encrypted data syncs to our cloud to power the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you connect.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours; reverse-engineering or disrupting the platform; using it for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes; or reselling the Service without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We offer a free Standard plan and a paid Professional plan (billed annually), together with optional credits for AI and WhatsApp usage. Trials, pricing, GST and refunds are described on our Pricing page and in our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes do not affect the term you have already paid for.
The Service integrates third-party providers — for example Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp/SMS gateways, email delivery and AI model providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The Skynyx AI Agent and AI Business Advisor provide information and suggestions generated from your data. They are decision-support tools, not professional accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action (such as sending a reminder, creating a voucher or making a payment) before it is carried out. Always verify important figures with your accountant.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sync and certain actions require your Tally connector and internet connection to be online. We may perform maintenance or update features from time to time.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your data), is owned by Skynyx and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. "Skynyx Biz" and the Skynyx logo are trademarks of Skynyx Technologies Private Limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skynyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
